Something to hold you over.

I may be away from the blogging machine for the next couple days, so here's something else for you to drool over until I get back:

And here's something else to ponder: Did you know that "Buffalo buffalo Buffalo buffalo buffalo buffalo Buffalo buffalo." is a grammatically valid sentence in English? For real it is. Chew on that!

The best part of this hotdog loaf monstrosity is that it's actually a Weight Watcher's recipe. Must be from the good 'ole '50s when eating a heaping pile of frankfurters, onions and ketchup was considered healthy (well, it does capture all the critical food groups).

It's really weird when you start to recognize images that are from one website that you check religiously on another.

Swapatorium/Planetdan/via My House is Cuter Than Yours.

Maybe I should slow down on the blog-checking.

What's amazing is that someone took the time to set up that tower of wiener and garnished it with kale.

Can anyone tell us the point value of such a meal?

By Anonymous Anonymous, at 10:46 PM

How many points is that do you suppose?? Three? Four? Ten?

Sounds like you might enjoy lileks.com and "The Gallery of Regrettable Foods". Just avoid the Daily Bleat...

This is totally unrelated to the disgusting food post, but I saw Trevor today-telling my first grade students about a fundraiser for our school. And I couldn't look at him without imagining him breaking out into those dance moves from a few posts ago...

Eeewwww... Hotdogs are grody.

Wait, T-bone actually hangs out with the kids that do the fundraisers that pay the note on his vette...? Who idea was that? I'm sure he had them doing Jag-bombs at recess... Damn I miss 1st grade.

I read somewhere that Walt Disney was a huge fan of 'frankfurters', and the Crown (same exact picture) was his favourite meal.

When you've got it all, you still need them hotdogs.
