Cooter Out

The kickball season has ended. The Greasy Cooters lost, but that doesn't matter, because we ended with our best ranking yet: 3 - 4. Not bad, Cooters. So anyway, this is the last time (until Fall season starts) that I will be bugging you with Cooter Pics, so that's the good news. The bad news is that it was revealed that one of our favorite teammates (pictured left and disguised for his protection) is of the conservative republican persuasion. But again, it doesn't matter, because with pics like this one, he ain't ever running for office. Kidding. He's a good guy in spite of his politics.

See the pics.

Ha! I like the shirt and the booze.
Way to go Cooters... and I still say you should be selling some cooters merch.

Greasy cooters shirts for Christmas! They're awesome.

Yay for the greasy cooters. Not a bad record. I actually looked for a kickball league in my area and there's one in Philly - but I'm not driving out there to play kickball. Maybe I'll start one.

that's the best shirt!

people in boston are too uptight to ever form a kickball league. which is too bad because bostonians need to loosen up...a lot.

(that's why i want OUT of this puritanical city!)

have nothing witty to say, just that is exactly the type of photo that shirt should be worn in. HORN! HORN!

Love, love, love your blogs! Thanks for allowing me to live vicariously through photos as a Cooter groupie! Um, that...sounds...sorta wrong, doesn't it?

i looked at the pic and read all the comments... then i thought to myself, "Self, what's the big deal about the shirt? That's an old one"

Then I had to come back. I didn't realize the words were reversed :S

GREAT SHIRT!!!

Hey Dan, I thought I'd post this comment here, as you'd be most likely to bother reading it on a blog entry devoted to your personal life.

My comment/suggestion:

Hi loved the Cruise attacking Oprah thing, and seeing as you are a powerful internet celebrity, you could get this suggestion out a lot easier than me. My suggestion is to start a campaign, much like the Star Wars Kid thing, using the zillions of tons of footage of Tom Cruise out there. It doesn't necessarily have to be a Star Wars theme, but so many talented people lurk out there, I'm sure they could come up with hours of gut-busting hilarity.

And let's face it, Cruise has had so much good karma in his life he should experience a little more yang to all the ying he has been blessed with

What do you think?

I'm no Bela Karolyi, Dan, but I have one piece of advice for more wins next season: Less Jagermeister during the game.
