I don't know what language this is or what country has people so indigent that they need to recycle ratty old underwear into halter tops, I just know that I'm eternally grateful that I wasn't born there. Or maybe he's just really really frugal:

Nope, not Czech. I lived there for a semester in college and I never once saw undies being worn as sports bras. Nor did I see people walking around with black ovals for heads.

I'm all for recycling - Americans are shamefully wasteful - but B-teams (especially ones this large) should never be recycled. Never. Not even for cleaning rags or bedding for your chickens. I mean, would you want people to know that you wear the same kind of underwear as your grandma? Iccccckkkkk. NOT SEXY!
