This is where I am right now:
The last few days in Dublin have severely tested my stamina, as well as my tolerance for alcohol. But you can bet I pulled through okay. Things I miss at home:
1. My Computer
2. My Bed
4. Proper Qwerty Keyboards
5. TV news that isn't about a whale getting stranded in the Thames.

Why would you want to go that THAT castle? It looks like it totally sucks....
(or I'm just completely and utterly jealous that you're there and I'm not)

Bloody whale. It's the biggest news item of the year so far....

At this point I'd take being there over being here hands down, no question - even with all the news being about the whale.

Things I miss..."whales" stuck in my "Thames."

are you kidding me? The accomodations in that castle look wonderful - how bad could the beds be? You are one spoiled little boy!

im glad that whale is dead...some of your readers should be as well

Are you suggesting some of the readers should be glad? Or should they be dead?

Why are you in Ireland again? Did I miss a post?
By , at 8:25 PM
I want a "Kiss Me, I'm Irish" shirt when you get back!

Can't help yourself can you? The offer to be your AA sponsor is still good. Have you met any other homos over there?

Hey Dan, did you fly into the Shannon airport? Did you happen to see the "urinal wall" in the bathroom?

Oh I see, you have time to post to your stupid blog, but have I gotten a postcard, phone call or email since Philly?
Well, I am having so much fun without you guys and I get to use my awesome new imac, type on a proper keyboard, be in my own bed (although there aint much sleeping going on, if you know what I mean) and watch US news. Who's jealous now?

how is the food over there? beef and kidney pie? blood pudding? bangers and mash? or are you just having liquid meals?

That castle looks amazing, I am jealous of your Guiness fueled cavorting!
I hope there is another vacation album when you get back!

Ha. Those are the same things I missed while I was there a few months ago. Except my #5 was "TV news that wasn't about George Best."
Still, I'm wildly jealous of you. Hope you're having fun.

I've had mexican and never suffered from "bad gas".......hmmm. Do you get "bad gas" when you eat Irish food?
By sweets-n-scotch, at 11:29 PM
I'm green with envy. (Get it - Irish - green lol ....l...o...- ahem - l) My upcoming vacation isn't as thrilling all of a sudden. There aren't any castles. Now I want castles too

Now I am fully aware that you are on the wrong isle, but from the point of view of North America you are bloody well close enough (just don't start a riot, okay). Today, remember (Jan 25th) is ROBBY BURNS DAY (national folk hero to the Scots), otherwise known as Scotland's National Day of Haggas and Drinking Holiday. Hoist a few Guinness for me today - it'll have to do.

accoring to Jerry Fallwell, or Pat Robertson (i think they're the same retarded guy-- and i apolgize for insulting retarded people everywhere, especially the ones being exploited on American Idol) that whale is being punished by God for being a gay tree-hugging democrat.
