Sigh.

The planetdan blog turned two years old a few weeks ago, and nobody noticed. It didn't get a card, a phone call, or even a measly congratulatory pat on the back.

According to my profile, I've written 52,189 words on my blog in the last two years. Take out all references to the Gilmore Girls and that's about 25,242 words. Remove all the Bush bashing rhetoric and political posts and you got 8,113 words left. Not that Gilmore Girls and Bush Bashing aren't worthwhile topics, mind you. But that still leaves you with quite a bit of so-so entertainment for your enjoyment. And after all that you go and forget its birthday? For shame!

Don't worry, though, I got it a gift and signed all of your names to the card. You each owe me ten bucks, by the way.

Gee, I just moved into your blog. Why do I feel like I'm in the Friends episode where Ross just moves into the apartment and is pressured to contribute a hundred bucks for the handy-man's retirement gift......

That aside, I'll pro-rate. Let's see 10 bucks divided by 730 days is 2 cents a day times the 14 days I've been here is 28 cents divided by the exchange rate of 1.20 (dollar is down baby)is .23. I'll send a check for .23 € - should I make that payable to Planetdan blog? :)

OK people. Get over it. The Sr pics are gone. Dan obviously chooses not to address it. If you need to see bad Sr pics so urgently, open your high school yearbooks. I'm sure there's plenty of bad ones there to keep you occupied. Besides, you're insulting Dan's intelligence by thinking that was the funniest thing on his site. There's plenty of *much* more funny & absolutly hilarious stuff on his site that make the lame Sr pics pale in comparison. So I say it again- get over it!!

The Sr pics were fine. I laughed, but I've seen it & can move on- unlike others. Gee, I thought that by referring to you as intelligent & that you had a lot of other "absolutely hilarious" stuff on your site you would have taken that as a compliment rather than an insult. I guess to you black really is white. Just like telling someone you'll call them back for you means, "see ya, bi-atch. Never calling you back."
